Who do I report to if I want to turn in a restauraunt for having 16 and 17 y/o girls serving alcohol?
I frequently dine at a restaraunt in Arizona(where I know the legal serving age is 19), that hires and allows young girls to work and serve alcohol. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but I am like a brother to one of the girls and would hate to see something bad happen to her as a result of constantly having to frequent the bar portion of the building. I do not think this is right for men to hire young girls and have them being paid under the table and requiring them to serve alcohol as well. I believe it is not a healthy environment for them as they are always around drunk people and could be the victim of something unpleasant. I wish to talk to the owner about this but if he fails to comply with my request I’d like to have something in my back pocket to pull on him by threatening to “turn him in”. I just don’t know who to go to with this issue. I know it’s illegal and I know for a fact that these two girls are 16 and 17 years old. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
