West Virginia over Duke next round?
I hope all the biggies dictated by money and the media all fall this tournament. The way Duke played they should bow out for embarrassment before they feel the real sting. I like the way WVU manhandled Arizona. And good going Kansas St. over USC.You know the greatest baskeball, football, baseball, or hockey player or fastest runner will never have played the game. The only reason we know these people are because of media and money. The best athletes are the workers who grind their lives day after day , year after year, paying taxes and getting paid low wages by CEO’s , government bureaucrats, and all other lazy gluttons. Tell me what athlete could work in these conditions. He wouldn’t put up with it because a majority of athletes play for money while most of us work with our hearts. Ted Williams left baseball to serve during World War II. Why aren’t athletes leaving to fight in Iraq? I know why. World War II was fought to defend our freedom. Not to offend our neighbor to be an empire.
West Virginia definitely takes them out. I had Duke losing in the 1st round (almost) in one bracket and the 2nd to WVU in another. One has to come true.
