Spice in Arizona almost getting caught?
Two friends and I were chilling at the park around 11pm sitting near the basketball court. We were smoking spice while sitting and just talking. We made a home made bong out of a water bottle. Now when we finished i threw the bong by a few short bushes. We saw the cop coming and I threw the lighter by the bushes and walked towards him. After talking and asking what we were doing he took our names and let us go. While getting in the car he went back to where we were and started searching. After 10 minutes we came back to see if he was there. When i tried looking for my grill lighter it was gone. I took a sniff of the bottle and Im fearful that the officer might think we were smoking weed.
I live in Arizona and i want to know if we are going to get in any trouble? can he get people in trouble for thinking its weed? cause I think Spice is legal in arizona cause my friend got it at a smoke shop.
As of January 15th, 2011 “spice” is illegal in the US.
