In Arizona, what is the procedure if you send in your income tax return but forgot to include the W-2 form(s)?
I sent my return in to the Arizona Department of Revenue on April 14, 2010 and then realized I didn’t attach my W-2 forms for my 2009 tax year return. I tried calling the AZ Dept. of Revenue, but the line was disconnected before I could talk to a live person. Thanks in advance
They will send you a letter in a couple of weeks and request that you send in the missing forms.
