Arizona Drinking Water
Does something like Arizona green tea have the same effect as the tea bags?
Im trying to lose weight and ive often heard that green tea helps. Im wondering if drinking something like Arizona green tea or Fuze green tea will help as much as the green tea that comes in tea bags? It would be so much easier if it were the same rather than having to boil water 5 times a day
I agree with your first reply..there’s so much sugar in those, it’s insane. And also, i’m sure the whole bottling process robs it of much of the natural benefits of green tea.
