Arizona Flag License Plate
Is there a law against putting your license plate on upside down?
I want to protest Arizona’s new “no license plate frames that obscure the word Arizona” law by bolting it on upside down.
(flying a flag upside down is a sign of distress)
Improper display of your license plate comes to mind.
