Best schools and neighborhoods in Arizona Phoenix area with good housing?
Thinking about moving from Southern California to Phoenix area – the want list is below – any wisdom is appreciated:
1.Good school district
2.Low crime/gangs
3.Good family housing (nice 4 bedroom home in the 250K range?)
4. Open Space (Parks,trails, etc.)
I’ve received mixed signals about places like Surprise, Gilbert, Chandler, and Casa Grande. I heard Scottsdale is nice but housing is pricey.
