What are some ways I can increase my energy?
I drink sugar free drink mixes, and diet arizona ice tea, alot of cheese, pastas and breads. I do include vegetables and rice mixed in with meals.
What kind of exercises and dietary changes can i make to have more energy?
I’ve checked out every diet known to mankind but nothing worked as well as acai berry. I understand they say that pills don’t work, however they certainly worked for me, and they’ve been shown on CBS News too.
