is the ice green tea I’m drinking bad for me?

Lately I’ve been drinking A LOT of Arizona Green Tea with Ginseng iced tea mix(yes, like kool-aid where you just add water). it is sugar free, has zero calories, and claims to be 100% all natural tea. Water has been so bland because that’s all i drank for a long while until i found this tea mix. Also it’s sweetened with Splenda and i know there’s rumours about sugar subs being just as bad.

naa it should be fine, only thing is that sacralose can irritate the bladder. However, if you are not experiencing any bladder irritation symptoms then there’s nothing to worry about.

The ingredients are all natural appart from this so NO.. drink up!

p.s. what codeblue said is wrong; you can only harm yourself by drinking too much if you have taken extacy which causes fluid to be retained and an uncontrolable thirst causing organs to ‘drown’. WITHOUT E there is no danger of drinking too much unless you drink about 5 litres in an hour!
