is arizona ice tea stix okay for weight loss?

You know, the ones that come in the little packets like crystal light? It says sugar free and 0 calories and everything else, but I was wondering if it was just like diet soda, you know you gain weight from the artificial sweeteners or whatever? I have the green tea with ginseng and sugar free. if you’re looking to lose weight, is this an okay option from soda, or should I just stick with water?

Yeah definitley its a wayyy better option den soda..
i would prefer water though and lots of it no less than 1.5 gallons a day..
