Arizona Irs Refund
how long to wait befor calling IRS?
I mailed my tax return in on January 22 2010. I had to mail it in due to the First Time home buyers credit and opted for direct deposit. It has been 5 weeks now and there is still no status on wheres my refund. How long should I wait befor I call the IRS. How do I get ahold of the IRS thats not an automated system. Im not sure if they even got it. I live in Arizona and had to mail it to california.
The IRS website posted an article indicating they would start issuing refunds for returns that included the FTHBC in late March.
The software to process these returns was not ready until 2/15.
