Arizona Judicial Branch

How Much Longer Can We Call This A “Democratic Republic?”?
So, Americans overwhelmingly voice their disapproval of mandated healthcare: congress passes it anyway
The citizens of Arizona vote overwhelmingly to pass SB1070 to enforce the law the Federal govt. simply refuses to: the Federal Executive branch files a lawsuit against Arizona and wins
The citizens of California vote overwhelmingly to disallow same-sex marriage: a judge overturns it
So, how is it that the U.S. is still considered a Democratic Republic when the will of the people is CONTINUOUSLY being overturned by an out-of-control legislative branch and a judicial branch that keeps legislating from the bench against what we’ve voted for?
Sadly not too much longer, but people will pretend for a while past when it becomes obvious to everyone.
