I have sold my vehicle but did not know i had to fill out a sold notice…?
I live in Arizona, and had sold my vehicle. I had not found out until about a month later that i was to inform the Motor Vehicle Division within 10 days of the sale by filling out a ‘sold notice’
Since it has been well over 10 days, will i receive any penalties for this such as fines or something? im really worried about it =(
I would really appreciate any answers you guys could give me in this =)
The reason for this is so if the other person has an accident the police don’t come looking for you. It’s really a minor detail. I’ve never heard of a person being fined for it. You might get a notice that you have to file the paper, so you get a copy and fill it out and file it, no big deal.
