Arizona Mvd Reports
In Arizona do the photo radar tickets go on your driving record?
I was driving on the 101 and I thought the speed limit was 75, then the light flashed, I looked at my speedometer and it said 75 so I thought I was in the clear. I thought it caught the person next to me going faster than I was. Well I just got the ticket in the mail. I called the court and asked if I could just go to driving school, and the lady said that they don’t report the tickets to the MVD. Does that mean that even if I pay it, it won’t go on my record? My parents pay my insurance, and I don’t want to go through the nightmare I did with my first ticket. I don’t want to not pay it and then not be able to answer my door for the next few months or whatever, I just don’t want it on my record.
those things don’t hold up in court very well, so i am sure there is a way to get out of the ticket. you could say that you let someone barrow the car and then they cant give you the ticket, unless the picture of you driving is really clear. also if they say it doesn’t go though the DMV then they probably dont go on your record. but i would just say you were not speeding and that thing was wrong, or that it wasn’t you driving. then you dont have to pay it or have it on your record.
good luck!
