I got a car form a guy in Arizona. No public notary signed the title?
Only the owner signed it. Can I register the car in California with just the old owners signature and no notary signature? Thank you for your help.
Does Arizona require the title to be noterized? In my state all you have to do is sign the title. Check on this, but I would guess you are good to go.
