my marine is cheating?
i think my boyfriend is lying to me because i dont know detailed info on military. he is is the reserves in the marine corp. he had drill that he didnt go to. i live in arizona and he was here visiting from california. well after awhile he started telling me that his commanding officer was sending the quote “chasers” after him so he had to go back to cali late at night…. well he is stationed ( or whatver you call it ) in san diego. but he went back to oceanside because he said drill was in camp pendleton. now that hes back he says he cant see him commander til thursday of this week… he says they sent chasers after him after 3 days. and he is considered awol. is there any truth to any of this??
I’m going to say no, and that you’re right to be suspicious. Sounds like your guy is playing “super-secret squirrel” and not even doing a great job at it. Have you ever seen the movie “True Lies”? He’s like the used car salesman. If someone’s in the reserves and they don’t show up to drill, nobody’s going to chase him/her. They will more than likely get kicked out if they don’t show up for a period of time. If he’s AWOL from basic or AIT, then he probably is in a heap of trouble, and you’d be better off not seeing him.
