Arizona State Map Cities

Which route should I take?
I’ll be driving from southern Arizona to Missouri, and I’m trying to figure out which route I should take. One takes only one hour longer than the other, according to Google maps, so time is no issue. I can either take the 10 to Deming, NM and up to Albuquerque through the 25, take the 40 straight across to Oklahoma City, and take the 25 up to Wichita and over to Kansas City. OR I can instead of hitting the 40 straight across, I can continue up through Colorado Springs through the 25, take the 70 across Kansas, and then end up in Kansas City that way.
Basically, I would like to the easiest route. Less traffic is easier, but mountain terrain wouldn’t be much fun either. Suggestions? Tips? I’ve never even driven out of the city, much less the state, so I’m a little nervous and just want to make the trip as easy as possible.
If you can do it I-17N >I-40 E>I-35N is actually your best combo of civilization traffic and terrain
If you’re in Tucson then I-10E >I-25 N >I-40 E >I -35 N is your next best option.
