I want to sell my home, and I am looking for any free sites that you can post to. I am on MLS, and all the regular ones, but would like to expand the listing out. any thought? I am in Arizona
Go to Zillow & enter your property address. Click on the “Claim My Home” and you can add tons of photos and a lot more info than what transfers in from county records, like granite counters, stainless steel appliances, etc. You can then set a “Make Me Move” price.
My favorite real estate freebie is Postlets.com You enter property info, upload 6 photos & then it creates a nice e-flyer and posts your ad to a dozen or so real estate classified sites like Kijiji, LiveDeal, BackPage, Google Base, HotPads, Oodle, Trulia & Vast. Best of all, you get the html code to post the nice e-flyer on Craigslist.
