Southern Utah/Northern Arizona: Best scenic drives in September?

We will have 1 week to drive through the National Parks in Southern Utah…Zion, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Arches …then Monument Valley back through Northern Arizona…Sedona & back to Vegas. What are the best scenic drives in mid-September? Also, any interesting spots we shouldn’t miss &/or good eating places along the way? Thanks.

Here’s a few ideas from a trip we took.

Day 1 San Diego – Black Canyon Arizona-Yuma Az. Museums – Yuma Prison
Day 2 Black Canyon – Flagstaff, AZ via Sedona Church rock – Montezuma’s Castle

Day 3 Meteor Carter, Walnut Canyon Indian ruins, Sunset Crater, Indian Ruins 9pm – Cameroon, AZ

Day 4 Grand Canyon, Dinner at Williams Arizona Train Depot, overnight in Kingman Arizona

Day 5 Kingman to London Bridge via Oatman, AZ – Lounge at the lake Wander through the London Bridge shops

Day 6 London Bridge to San Diego
