How do I change the name of my Ohio S-Corporation?
It has been a dormant company for several years with no employees, and I have just moved to Arizona and want to start a new business here. In order for me to register as a “foreign” corporation in AZ, I need to provide updated info on the OH corp. All the IRS requires is a check-mark and the new business name, but I’m sure the state of Ohio wants more.
