State Of Arizona Medical Board

state of arizona medical board
University of Arizona vs Arizona State University, which is worth the money?

Sr. in high school and about to go to college. My parents want me to go to ASU because then i wouldnt have to pay for room and board since i will be living with them. I want to go to U of A because they are a better school and they have a full medical program. If i go to U of A ill have to pay for everything, but if i go to ASU i pay for everything but the dorm room. Is what i’m saving worth it though? because if i go to ASU, then i have to transfer to U of A. to me id rather bite the bullet and just add on that extra chunk of debt for the better college. and I do understand the pre cautions to loans :D your advice guys, thanks in advance
@ rehoboth…. but i already own a car :D and its paid off too, 2006 Acura TL :D

Split the difference.

Both ASU and Uof A are state accredited schools and should accept each others credits.

Do your first two years at ASU and get your basic core courses out of the way, humanities, math etc. Then transfer to U of A for your jr and sr years. then onto med school.

You save a little money, may in fact get more attention in those survey courses due to smaller class sizes, and still get UofA printed on your diploma.

Not to mention that you get to spend two less years in Tuscon. I spent a month in Tuscon one weekend. LOL.

I understand the desire to get out of the house, but you will thank yourself when you don’t have that extra $15k-$20k bill staring you in the face. Use the savings as an argument for your parents to get you a car.
