Will these new immigrants be asked for their papers or face deportation?

What if they were hatched in Mexico? What if they are trying to decapitate Arizona fish? Who is paying for their reeducation and medical care? Did Gov Brewer approve this? Does that make her a Muslim?

The law says that the police must ask for proof of citizenship if they have no driver license, insurance, or registration. Being that pelicans do not drive, I would say they are pretty safe.
